Are there minimum order requirements? Do you provide samples?
We require minimum quantity of 1 box or 1 packet for each order. This information also stated on the product page.


How do I place an order?
As a consumer who want to buy direct from us, we prefer you place your orders ONLINE (at Consumer's Store of this website).  This method will provide you access to many features such as checking your order status, tracking your shipment, updates on the latest product information, prices, etc.

Placing your order online is very safe and convenient. GreenHillCafeOnline.com strives to maintain a secured environment for our customers to shop online. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology, meaning that the transit of all credit and debit card information is encrypted to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your information. Placing orders through the GreenHillCafeOnline.com website is a safe and worry-free online shopping experience.

However, you may experience issue where the Country of your shipping destination is NOT one of the countries we ship direct from USA. Please email us your order intention through the web form on CONTACT US page. You will also learn the contact details of these manual orders.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal for all orders.

 

We prefer credit and debit cards issued by an American banks. However, we will honor orders paid for with a foreign credit card but ship to an address located within the United States. Please be aware that the processing of your order may be delayed while we contact the bank that issued the card to verify your account information. This process may affect order delivery time, especially if you have chosen an expedited shipping option.

Need To Pay By Wire Transfer, Money Order, or Credit Card Authorization Failed?
We do accept wire transfer and money order for bigger orders or due to whatever reasons that the credit card can't be verified (or authorized), please email us about the order number and express your intention of paying by wire transfer or money order. We will email you instructions to complete the orders.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

  1. Click on the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top of our website to view current orders.
  2. Then click the "CHANGE QUANTITIES / CANCEL ORDERS" link to view your pending order.
Please note that processed or shipped order cannot be edited.


How to track my order?
    By Email:

  1. When you place an order with GreenHillCafeOnline.com, you are emailed a confirmation of your order.
  2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email within 24 to 48 hours with the UPS tracking information for your order's shipment (we currently ship Monday through Friday only). Therefore, you are advised to check your email at regular basis to find out the updated shipping information.
  3. Please keep the email with tracking information for further tracking until you receive ALL of your packages.
    By Website Login:
  1. You can check your order(s) status, track your order(s) online, or previous order history by logging in through the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top right side of our site.
  2. On the "LOGIN" page, fillout your "EMAIL" and "PASSWORD" and click on the "LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT" button on the "RETURNING CUSTOMERS" site to go to "MY ACCOUNT" page.
  3. To review your order history or to track an order that is on the way to your shipping address, please just click on "REVIEW ORDERS / TRACK PACKAGES" link on the "MY ACCOUNT" page. Please study carefully the MY ACCOUNT screen that, as a login customer, you can do more than just reviewing order and track packages. Feel free to explore the links on this page.


My order never arrived or an item is missing from my shipment.

  1. Click the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.
  2. To review your order history or to track an order that is on the way to your shipping address, please just click on "REVIEW ORDERS / TRACK PACKAGES" link on the "MY ACCOUNT" page.
  3. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If each of your packages shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.


When will my backorder arrive?
We are the manufacturer and importer of GreenHill Cafe. When we have BACKORDERED items for your order, it means either we are waiting for the production from the factory in Malaysia or the shipment is on the way from the Malaysia factory to our warehouse where your order supposed to be fulfilled.

Our customer service will call and/or email you to inform you about the backordered items.


When will my order ship?

  1. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.
  2. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
  3. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.


I have a question on my charges.

  1. You can check your order(s) charges or previous order history by logging in through the "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top right side of our site.
  2. After logging in, click on "REVIEW ORDERS / TRACK PACKAGES" link on the "MY ACCOUNT" page to review all your orders.You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).


When will my refunded credit be appeared on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your RETURNED item(s).
